JamesCHALMERSMargaret, Fiona and family of the late James (Jim) Chalmers would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy, support, cards, flowers and phone calls received after the sad loss of Jim. Special thanks to Reverend Philip Patterson, The Birches Care Home, Crieff, Catmoor House, Scone, Crossroads and the many carers who attended to Jim. Thanks are also due to Andrew Pennycook for his help with the funeral arrangements and to all those who paid their last respects at Perth Crematorium and donating so generously to Alzheimer Scotland.
